What separates a good install

Beam angle and fixture choice matter more than fixture count. Over-lighting a facade flattens it.
Colour temperature is chosen to suit the material. The same white that flatters limestone can make red brick look wrong.
Fixtures are positioned and shielded so the light lands on the building and not in a window or a neighbour's eyes.
Runs and mounting are planned so the hardware is not the thing you notice in daylight.
